The next Nissan GT-R, in 2012, is expected to increase its power to reach 568 horsepower.

The 2011 Nissan GT-R (pictured) has just landed in France that the Japanese manufacturer is already working on the third and final version of its supercar, the GT-R R35. In 2012, this version should in all likelihood rev up. There is talk of a power gain of 31 horses, which would increase the capacity of 3.8 liter turbocharged V8 from 537 to 568 horsepower.

In Japan, it also mentions the arrival of a successor to the Specr SpecV. This version, certainly the last variation of the line R35, should lose weight from 30 to 40 kg.

Tests on this model had been suspended earlier this year following the earthquake that struck the country of the Rising Sun, but should resume in June at the Nurburgring and in the fall always on the same circuit to fine-tune the final adjustments.
