E-Wolf: Alpha 1 launched on the Nurburgring

E-Wolf Alpha 1Presented pictures in late June, the E-1 Alpha Wolf is revealed today at the Nurburgring. The electric supercar will address the lap record in its class held by the Peugeot EX1.

End of June, E-Wolf unveiled in images and figures his last-born. His name? Alpha 1 SRF. At the time, the German manufacturer revealed precious few details on his electric supercar. Remember, with four-wheel drive and a range of 400 km, the craft has a pair of electric motors developing 380 horsepower for a total of 800 Nm of torque. Due to its weight (980 kg), this engine allows to browse the Alpha 1 from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 230 km / h. Performance which places at a Tesla Roadster, for example.

Two weeks later, time to digest these numbers, E-Wolf has decided to launch its supercar on the famous Nürburgring. The objective is clear: beat the lap record in the category Electric. It is held for now by the Peugeot EX1 in 9’01”338 minutes.
The early laps of the Nürburgring Alpha 1 allow us to discover the first pictures of the craft. Record attempts could take place this weekend. And, given its superior characteristics to that of the Peugeot, driven by Jochen Krumbach Alpha should be able to go under 9 minutes and, therefore, seize the record.E-Wolf Alpha 1
